Three “S”, SSS, stands for spinach, salmon and spaghetti. It is a classic combination. My personal favorite is the combination of spinach and salmon. There are many recipes of this combination. Today I will share one of our version. It’s an easy weeknight dinner yet elegant. It’s a creamy salmon spaghetti with the goodness of spinach. It is a delicious way to serve your kid both fish and greens. Follow our easy recipe to make Italian dinner at home.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti 200 g
Salmon 300 g
Spinach 100 g
Cream 100 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Red pepper flakes 1 tsp
Onion 1
Creme fraiche 100 g

Method:
Marinate Salmon for 10 minutes with 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp salt. Fry fish lightly and keep aside. Cut fish into bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti as per cooking instructions in boiling water seasoned with 2 tbsp salt. Dice onion. In a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil and saute for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and spinach and cook for 1 minute. Add creme fraiche, cream and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 2 minutes. Add pasta to the cream sauce with 1/4 cup pasta water and give a good mix. Top it with salmon. Serve warm with grated parmesan.
