South Indian Masala Mac n Cheese:

8 oz dried macaroni or pasta of choice
2 cups frozen peas or 15 oz can, drained
***1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
***1/2 cup Asiago cheese blend
***1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2-1 tsp Sriracha sauce
1/4 tsp tumeric

Ingredients with *** are for topping

For cheese sauce:
3 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp shredded ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
3 cups milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
