SMOKED PAPRIKA SCRAMBLED EGGS
If there’s one thing I’ve always detested about eggs, it’s their lack of smokiness. I like a bit of smoked paprika as many of you may know but if you’ve not tried mixing it into your eggs then you’re properly missing out. The key to these is the key to how to make most things really delicious – patience. Low and slow. Keep stirring. It’s so worth it. This is coming from someone who used to make scrambled eggs in the microwave. Please forgive me.
You don’t have to serve it with bacon but I do recommend a nice bit of hot sauciness. Obviously pop it on some good buttery toast. Here I’ve used @twohotasians XO sauce because it’s my bloody favourite.
Full recipe is on my site but it’s not exactly bloody difficult is it!! Give it a go and you’ll see what I mean. Long live smoked paprika.
