My latest kitchen gadget is a food dehydrator and in this video I am making two types of kale chips – Himalayan sea salt and the other batch is smoked paprika. Turned out okay for a first batch, if a little salty… A healthy alternative to crisps for the raw vegans and they go well crushed on top of avocado crackers or couscous, you know what I’m saying, get creative! Hope you enjoy the recipe and my gorgeous little niece who was the best helper.
