This Smoked Cajun Turkey is tender and flavorful. After brining in salt water with brown sugar, fresh thyme and oregano sprigs, red pepper flakes and black peppercorn, it gets a spicy rub with cayenne powder and smoked paprika. Then we smoked it low and slow to infuse it with apple wood-fired flavor for an unforgettably delicious meal.
