My home made beef goulash recipe.
Simple easy and beautiful.

This recipe is for two people.

Ingredients:
300-400g of beef (slight marbling of the meat is best)
25g garlic crushed
200ml of good white wine.
1l of beef stock homemade or shop bought
1 table spoon of smoked paprika
1 onion
2 fresh peppers
3/4 medium sized fresh tomatoes
1 table spoon of tomato puree
soured cream 1 table spoon to serve
salt and paper to season
fresh parsley to serve

Creating the magic.

Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

heat the pan used for searing the beef and add a little oil if required.

place the meat in the pan to brown and cook each side for 2/3 minutes.

As you are doing the chop tomato’s, onion and peppers.

Place tomatos and peppers in your casorole dish along with the garlic, tomato puree, paprika and wine.

Place the onions in the hot pan and remove the meat, let this rest then dice and add to casserole dish along with the stock and onions.

Place the casserole dish in the oven for 2 hours.

Once cooked remove and season.

Dish up and add a table spoon of soured cream and fresh parsley.

Enjoy with fresh bread or rice.

Add the stock and onions once softened.
