Dough

• flour — 250 g

• water — 150 ml
• salt — 5 g
• dry yeast — 5 g
• olive oil — 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce
• fresh tomatoes — 500 g
• olive oil — 1 tbsp
• salt — 1/4 tsp

• black pepper — 1/4 tsp
• paprika — 1/2 tsp

• garlic powder — 1/2 tsp

• rosemary — 1/2 tsp

• basil — 1/2 tsp

Bake for 10 minutes at 464° F / 240° C
