Olive oil – 1 Tbsp
Black pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Oregano – 1/4 Tsp
Dry basil – 1/4 Tsp
Cumin powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 /2Tbsp
Paprika – 1/2 Tbsp
Salt
Salad ingredients –
Finely Chopped Lettuce – 1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Spring onions – 1/4 cup
Finely Chopped Onion – 1/2
Grated carrot – 1
Finely chopped Parsley – 1/4 Tsp
Lemon juice – 1 Tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 Tsp
Olive oil – 1/2 Tsp
Fried chicken
Preparation –
1.Take small bowl, add 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, 1/4 Tsp Oregano, 1/4 Tsp
Dry Basil, 1 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Paprika, Salt to taste. Mix it well.
2.Take 200 grams Chicken Breast and apply spices on both sides. Next Grill on a pan for 7 to 10 minutes.
3.Taka a bowl 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Lettuce, 1/4 Finally Chopped Spring Onions, 1/2 Finally Chopped Onion, 1 Grated Carrots, 1/4 Tsp fresh Parsley, 1 Tsp Lemon juice, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Next add Fried Chicken mix it well
