Hi FOODIES💋
In this video I made a seafood boil since we’ve been ordering a lot of this cajun style shrimp boil & mussels we decided to make it in our home… To make it easier we bought frozen clams, green mussels & fresh shrimp then baby potatoes & corn cobs to complete our shrimp boil and don’t forget the sausages😁
I’ve seen a lot of shrimp boil recipe but I want to incorporate my way of cooking the shrimp too but the butter, garlic & oyster sauce… Most of the recipes use more of the seasonings and so I wanted to try to use my recipe too in this seafood boil. So come join me & let’s cook these seafood goodness😁😋
Seasonings might be a lot but if you don’t like spicy, try to remove the chili powder & cayenne pepper then on paprika just use one kind👍🏼

❤️Ingredients❤️
3 TBSP CAJUN SEASONING
2 TBSP LEMON PEPPER
1 TSP GROUND CORIANDER
1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
1/2 TSP CHILI POWDER
1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
1/2 TSP SMOKE PAPRIKA
1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
2 TSP OLD BAY SEASONING
1 TBSP GARLIC PEPPER
LIME
LEMON
BAY LEAVE
1 TBSP + 1 1 TSP OYSTER SAUCE
2-3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR ( TO TASTE)
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
4 STICKS OF BUTTER (FOR THE SAUCE)
A PINCH OF GINGER POWDER ( UP TO YOU IF YOU LIKE GINGER YOU CAN ADD UP TO 1 TSP)

SEAFOOD BOIL:
SHRIMP
CLAMS
GREEN MUSSELS
CRAB LEGS

BOIL MIXTURE:
CORN COBS
BABY POTATOES (OR REGULAR POTATOES)
KIELBESA SAUSAGE
ONIONS
GARLIC
BAY LEAVES
BUTTER
SALT
