INGREDIENTS:
• half kg mutton chops (bakrey ki chanp)
• 02 tbsp ginger garlic paste (adrak lehson paste)
• 01 cup papaya paste (papitey ka paste)
• half kg tomatoes (tamatar)
• 01 tbsp salt (namak)
• 02 tbsp red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
• 01 tbsp paprika powder
• 01 tbsp coriander powder (dhania powder)
• 02 tsp lemon juice(lemu ka russ)
• 02 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
• fresh coriander chopped (hara dhania)
• 02 green chilies (hari mirch)
METHOD:
• Add Mutton Chops Into 6 cups of Boiling Water.
• Add Ginger Garlic(Adrak Lehson) Paste, Papaya(Papita) Paste,
Mix well and simmer for 45 minutes on low medium heat.
• Now Add Tomatoes(Tamatar) and Simmer for 15 minutes
more.
• Remove tomatoes skins gently.
• Mix well and bring it to simmer again to tenderized meat well.
• Now Add salt, Red Chili(Lal Mirch) Powder, Paprika Powder,
Coriander(Dhania) Powder, Lemon Juice(Lemu ka russ) and
mix it.
• Stir Occasionally and Simmer until the water gets dried .
• Now add Black Pepper(Kali Mirch) Powder, Fresh
Coriander(Hara Dhania) Roughly Chopped and Green Chilies
Roughly Sliced.
• Mix Well.
