Recipe~
•Fry 1 onion & 3 chopped Garlic cloves
•Add 500gr ground Beef
•Spices: 1tsp salt, 1tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp cinnamon.
•brown 1/4 cup pine nuts and add to meat mixture
•boil Yukon potatoes in salty water
•mash the potatoes & add juice from 1/2 lemon & sprinkle of salt.
•Start layering the dish and add one egg on top.
•convection bake at 375F and bake until golden.
