Shakshuka is an egg dish that comes from Arabic words that means mixture or all mixed up.it is a popular Middle eastern and african dish that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. But mostly its served in every breakfast. It is consists of a tomato base with your choice of vegetables, topped with eggs. :))

INGREDIENTS I USE :
Peeled Tomatoes
Garlic
Onion
Red Bell Pepper
Pepper
Oil
Egg

You can use other ingredients to add more taste to your shakshuka like :
Olive oil
Onion, peeled and diced
Clove garlic, minced
Bell pepper, seeded and chopped
Cups ripe diced tomatoes, or 2 cans (14 oz. each) diced tomatoes
Tomato paste
Mild chili powder
Cumin
Paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper, or more to taste (careful, it’s spicy!)
Pinch of sugar (optional )
Salt and pepper, to taste
Eggs
Optional, for garnish.
