Recipe:

1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 400g can Baby Roma Tomatoes (or any other canned tomatoes)
3 large eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
1 bunch chives
1 bunch parsley
1 tbsp tahini
1 sliced sourdough bread
1 lemon
