Flavours presents this special episode of the super popular Seekh Kebab an Indian appetiser made of minced lamb or beef ingrained with fresh herbs and spices, cooked on a tandoor, bbq or oven and typically eaten with a side of green chutney.
INGREDIENTS
(For Marination)
1/2 kg lamb mince
Egg Yolk
1tbsp Ghee or Clarified butter
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
1/4 Nutmeg powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chilli Powder/Paprika Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp Cornflour
MARINATE FOR 1-2 HRS
Method :
1- Mix all the ingredients well. Set aside the mixture for at least 1 to 2 hours.
2- Now place the mixture into skewers.
3- BBQ them or use an oven @180 degrees
4- Serve hot with salad and green chutney
