Coriander / Sabut dhaniya – 1/2 tbsp – roasted & chrushed
Ginger garlic / Adrak lehsan – 1 tbsp – paste
Tomato / Tamatar – 4-5 medium – chopped
Chili flakes / Lal kuti mirch – 1/2 tbsp
Paprika / Kashmiri lal mirch – 1 tsp – powder
White pepper / Safed Mirch – 1/2 tsp – powder
Black pepper / kali Mirch – 1/2 tsp – powder
Salt / Namak – 1/2 tbsp – to taste
Turmeric / Haldi – 1/4 tsp – powder
K&N’s Seekh Kabab – 540 gm – cut into half
Yogurt / Dahi – 300 gm – beaten
Fenugreek / Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
All spice powder / Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chili / Hari mirch – as required
Fresh coriander / Hara dhaniya – as required
Charcoal / Koyla – for smoke
