Tandoori Chicken
This juicy Tandoori chicken is my go to marinade. 🍗🥩
•
It is originated form India but has become so popular all around the world. Its popular in all restaurants and pubs around UK. It tastes amazing! I have had it so many times and I have made a few changes to your typical tandoori chicken to enhance the flavour experience. I have added smoked paprika for that beautiful smokey yet spicy undertones and added ginger powder which provides hints of ginger throughout and lemon for the tang which also helps the marinade to penetrate the chicken. I then go overboard with garlic because you can never have too much garlic! You can use this marinade for any meat and there’s no way you won’t enjoy it !
