*500-600g Okro
*1 Medium Tilapia (Cut into 3 Pieces)
*1 Medium Mackerel ( Cut into 3 Pieces)
*50g Squid
*30g Cured Beef (Tolo Beef) OR you can also use Fermented Fish (momone)
*180g Prawns (Deveined)
*50g Crab
*4-5 Garlic
*3 Shallots
*Thumb sized Ginger
*4 Scotch Bonnets (Use less or add more)
*1 Medium Onion (Sliced)
*1 Medium Fresh Tomatoes (Blended)
*64g Palm Oil
*1/2 Tsp Bicarbonate Soda (Optional)
*1 Maggi Cube Crayfish
*1/2 Tsp Badia Complete seasoning
*1/2 Tsp Adobo Seasoning
*1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
*1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
*1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander
*1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
