Poco Picante Salsa Mix
Vibrant, bold & medium spicy flavour.
Notes of cayenne, jalapeño, garlic & chives.
Makes 6 cups of prepared salsa.
Ingredients
2 tbspPoco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
Preparation
1. Add salsa mix to tomatoes. Add lime juice and cilantro, if desired. Let stand 10 min before serving.
Guacamole
* Easily make guacamole: just add avocados & a splash of lime.
* Serve with tacos, burgers, fajitas & eggs.
* Sprinkle over sliced cucumbers.
* Season shrimp, pasta, rice & bean dishes
Think outside the fajita (or taco)! Guac is great as a dip for veggies, too.

2 ripe avocados
3 tbspGuacamole Dip Mix
lime juice, optional
Preparation
1. Mash avocados and combine with dip mix and a splash of lime juice.
Fajita spice filling
* Lively blend of paprika, peppers, herbs, cumin & garlic.
* Use with the steamers for 15 min fajitas.
* Add to quesadillas, steaks, pork chops & pasta salads
Ingredients
2 Tbsp oil
3 TbspFajita Seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), if desired
Black Pepper (Grinder), if desired
1 1⁄2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts of choice (I chose ground turkey)
1 onion, sliced, if desired
2 bell peppers, sliced, if desired
Preparation
1. Cook over stovetop and once the meat is at the desired cook- you would then add your seasoning and stir for another min and set aside as it is done.
Nacho Cheese Dip
* Bold chili & real Parmesan; medium heat.
* Dip tortilla chips, tacos & burritos
* Ingredients
1/2 each of : sour cream, cream cheese (be sure it has softened first)and cheddar cheese.
3 tbs of the spice.
Preparation
Pour sour cream and softened cream cheese in a pan over medium heat until blended- add in your spice and stir.
Last step is to add your cheddar cheese and stir for an additional 30 seconds or until melted.
