500g red potatoes
360g corn on the cob
1 white onion
4 bay leaves
Handful of fresh parsley
2 Celery sticks
2 spring onions
1 lemon
2 garlic cloves

King Crab cluster ( I ordered a medium cluster weighing approximately 950g)
1 lobster tail
400g king prawns
400g mussels
200g chorizo sausage

1 red onion
Whole bulb of garlic
3 shallots
1 scotch bonnet
250g Butter
300ml chicken stock

Spice Mixture ( I used 3/4 of this in the sauce, remaining 1/4 when boiling the seafood)

3tbs all bay seasoning
2tbs cracked black pepper
2tbs lemon pepper
2tbs soft brown sugar
1tbs cayenne pepper
1tbs paprika
1/2 tbs all purpose
1/2 tbs oregano
1/2 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs chilli flakes
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1tsp Worcester sauce

Serves 4
