Hi foodies! I love this easy and delicious Roasted Chicken recipe! You’ll enjoy the flavour and the fact that the ingredients are pretty simple. I cooked the chicken skin side down first this time around to give it that browning effect of cooking it in a skillet. If you prefer, you may instead cook it skin side UP the ENTIRE time and still achieve that crispy skin. Please watch the tutorial and remember to adjust seasonings and quantities to suit your palate. GREEN SEASONING RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
5 Leg quarters, cleaned w skin on
About 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Stir together:
3 tsps Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsps Onion powder
1/2 tbsp Maggi Chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Black pepper as desired
About 2 tbsps Green seasoning
Canola oil to grease the parchment paper
