Ingredients:

Chicken 1 Kg
Garlic 6-8 cloves

Olive Oil 2 tea spoon

Butter 1 tea spoon
All Spices 1 tea spoon
Rose Mary, Thyme, Oregano, Garlic powder 1.5 tea spoon
Paprika powder 1/2 tea spoon
Ghee 1 tea spoon

Lemon Juice 1/2 lemon

Potato 1 large
Carrot 1 large

Onion 1 large
Salt & Pepper As per taste

Method of Cooking:
Take an Oven Safe pan, add the chicken pieces, diced carrot, onion and potato

followed by lemon juice, all spices, butter, ghee, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cover the pan with an aluminium foil. Pre-heat the oven @ 160 degree for 10 minutes.

Place the pan and cook for 45 minutes @ 180 degree for 45 minutes,

remove the aluminium foil carefully after 45 minutes.

Cook for another 15 minutes without the aluminium foil.

Remove from oven once the top become golden brown or maximum cooking time is 1 hour in total.

Serve in a plate. Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic bread.
