Spiskummin (1 tsk)
Koriander (1 tsk)
Paprika pulver (1 tsk)
Chili flakes (1 tsk)
Chili pulver (1 tsk)
Oregano (1 tsk)
Persilja (1 tsk)
Salt (1 tsk)
Vitlök (2 klyftor)
Olivolja (1 tsk)
Citronsaft (1 msk)

Riset:
Basmatiris (400 g /5 dl)
Olja (4 msk)
Gullök (1)
Vitlök (2 klyftor)
Potatis (1 medelstor)
Chili flakes (1 tsk)
Persilja (1 tsk)
Svart peppar (1 tsk)
Spiskummin (1 tsk)
Paprika pulver (1 tsk)
Tomat (1)
Gröna bönor (handfull /70 g)
Lagerblad (3 stycken)
Kanelstång (1)
Kardemumma (4 stycken)
Varmt vatten (6 dl)
Nejlika (4 stycken)

Lägg i en chili samtidigt som ni lägger i gröna bönorna.
