I love ribs cooked on both of these smokers but things finally escalated between the Dyna-Glo Offset Smoker and the Weber Smokey Mountain. So it was time for another epic battle in the Rib War Series!

“STICKY PIGGY” BARBECUE RUB RECIPE
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
⅓ Cup Turbinado Sugar
⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
2 tablespoons Dried Chipotle Peppers (Fresh Ground)
2 tablespoons Chile Powder
2 tablespoons Black Pepper
½ tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
½ tablespoon Garlic
½ teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Onion Powder

All-PURPOSE RUB RECIPE
* 1½ tablespoons granulated garlic
* 1 tablespoon kosher salt
* 1 tablespoons ground black pepper
* ½ tablespoon onion powder
* ¼ teaspoon oregano

NEW WRAP DUST RECIPE
½ tablespoon Sea Salt
⅓ Cup Honey Powder
⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
