Red Cabbage Salad #shorts

1/2 Small Size Purple Cabbage
2 Carrots
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Fresh Mint
1 Cloves of Garlic

Finely chop or grate the cabbage. Put it in a saucepan, add two tablespoons of olive oil and 1/4 teaspoons salt. Fry it on low heat for 2 minutes. Add the grated carrots and fry for 2 more minutes. Let it cool.

Add yogurt, mayonnaise, a tablespoon of olive oil, grated garlic, chopped walnuts, fresh mint, salt and lemon juice into a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are combined.

Add the yogurt mixture to the cabbage and carrot we roasted and take it to the serving plate. Garnish with red paprika, fresh mint and walnuts.

2 Adet Havuç
1 Kase Süzme Yoğurt
2 Yemek Kaşığı Mayonez
Yarım Su Bardağı Kıyılmış Ceviz
1 Tatlı Kaşığı Tuz
1 Yemek Kaşığı Limon Suyu
3 Yemek Kaşığı Zeytinyağı
2 Yemek Kaşığı Taze Nane
1 Diş Sarımsak

Lahanayı ince ince doğrayın veya rendeleyin. Bir tencereye koyun, iki yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı ve yarım çay kaşığı tuz ekleyin. 2 dakika kısık ateşte kızartın. Rendelenmiş havuçlarıda ekleyip 2 dakika daha kavurun. Soğumaya bırakın.

Yoğurt, mayonez, bir yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı, rendelenmiş sarımsak, dövülmüş ceviz, taze nane, tuz ve limon suyunu bir kaseye ekleyin ve tüm malzemeler birleşene kadar karıştırın.

Kavurduğumuz lahana ve havucun üzerine yoğurtlu karışımı ekleyin ve servis tabağına alın. Kırmızı toz biber, taze nane ve cevizle süsleyin.
