Captain Drew Cavanaugh Orlando Saltwater Flats Fishing Guide
©2013 Drew Cavanaugh Photography
Awesome recipe on how to make a Latin inspired homemade red bean soup along with fresh Florida yellow fin tuna medallions, and several ingredients from my garden. Very easy and extremely good! Makes a great meal! Makes a great appetizer. Fun for parties or getting the family into cooking. Healthy and good to eat.
Also know as Ahi.
This recipe can be done Sashimi or Sushi or even seared. Be sure to know your fish before trying to eat it raw. You can pan sear the tuna. You do this by putting it in a pan with some oil for one or two minutes on each side.
