We know there are lots of you who love a good brunch so here’s a little recipe for Sausage Rosti and Breakfast Beans.
We’ve used sausage meat, but you could swap it for crispy bacon pieces, and a great way to add more veg in at breakfast is to pop it in your beans. Our beans are full of mushroom and fresh tomato goodness – a bunch of spinach would be great in here too
if you have any favourite spices then go for it and add them to your beans as well – things like dried chilli flakes and smoked paprika work great!
