Bonjour tout le monde 🌻 j’espère que vous allez bien 🤗 aujourd’hui on va faire un très beau Pain Farci Facile à réaliser, parfait pour un repas ou même pour le dîner ! Vous pouvez le farcir selon le choix au légumes, poulet ou poisson.. Pour moi, Je l’avais garnis à la viande hachée et Sauce tomate. Faites avec une Pâte à la semoule Sans œuf sans beurre ni lévure chimique ! souple maniable et sans pétrissage,vous pouvez bien sûr utiliser uniquement la farine.Voici la recette n’oubliez pas 👍 le partage, prenez soin de vous et à la prochaine 😊

Les ingrédients
La Pâte
200g de farine de blé
200g de semoule très fine de blé (semouline)
1/2 càs Levure boulangère sèche 5g
1/2 de sucre (facultatif)
Pc de sel
60ml huile d’olive
L’eau tiède environ 240ml
Graines de pavots
La Garniture
250g viande hachée
1 oignon
2 tomates fraîches
Coriandre
Huile pour cuisson
Sel poivre paprika cumin
Pour la Dorure
1oeuf +gouttes de vinaigre
Graines de pavots

200g of wheat flour
200g very fine wheat semolina
Dry yeast 5g
sugar (optional)
salt
60ml olive oil
Lukewarm water about 240ml
Poppy seeds
250g minced meat
1 onion
2 fresh tomatoes
Coriander
Cooking oil
Salt / pepper
paprika / cumin
1 egg + drops of vinegar
