Mjesavina Njemackog i Madjarskog. Poznati madjarski gulas na nas nacin, sporo i dugo kuvan, mekano meso, saft za prste polizati ali zato najbolje pomazu hljebne knedle, prilog siromasnih koji se prosirio po citavoj Njemackoj sa svojim verzijama. Jedan od boljih nacina da iskoristite bajat hljeb. Ove knedle savrseno upijaju saft i daju jednu novu dimenziju ukusa.
