Ramyeon Rack of Lamb
Ingredients : ramyeon, lamb, pepper, caraway seeds, oil, mustard
Rub : ramyeon, rosemary, parmesan, smoke paprika
1) Marinate the lamb for 48 hours
in the refrigerator
For the marinade we need ramyeon powder, black pepper, caraway seeds.
2) On a high heat, sear the meat on both sides for about 2minutes each side.
3) After searing, let it rest. And then rub some mustard all over it. Then coat it with a rub (crushed ramyeon,
rosemary, parmesan, smoked paprika and olive oil).
4) Pre-heat your oven to 400 deg F or 200deg C. Put your rack of lamb on a roasting tray bone side down and then roast it for 20minutes. The internal temperature of the meat should be 55~57deg to get that pink, medium rare cook.
5) Let it rest for about 10 minutes
