Thanks for joining me friends! Hope you give these yummy recipes a try!

Recipes:
(Note: These recipes can easily be changed up with different foods and amounts. I don’t weigh all my food but I will put most amounts here. Feel free to mix it up and make it your own!)

BREAKFAST:
2 Eggs
2 Egg Whites
Green Bell Pepper
Half a Tomato
2 Slices Ham
80 g Potato
Handful of Spinach

Grate the potato and chop and dice all the vegetables and ham. Put everything in the muffin tin. Add egg mixture. Using 2 eggs/whites makes for 7 egg muffins. I recommend adding the spinach at the end as it gets crispy when baked. Bake for 25–30 min at 350 degrees. 300 calories

LUNCH:
35g Rice (I weigh the rice raw and multiply by 3 for 3 days)
150g Chicken
Tomato
Cucumber
Cabbage

In a pan add rice and sautee for 1-2 min and then add water, let cook. I eat a lot of chicken and my favorite way to cook it is in the oven on broil. I like to season in with a lot of salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Also when I am mad, I’ll beat the chicken up to flatten in a bit but also because I don’t have a tenderizer. I broil for 12 min. Chop up veggies and sprinkle on tajin for that extra pow! Put together chicken plate. 330 calories

DINNER:
150g Potatoes
150g Chicken
Cabbage
Spinach
Onion
20g Ketchup

Slice potato into thin slices and season with salt and paprika. Bake for 24 min at 350 degrees. While potatoes are baking, chop up cabbage, spinach, and onion. When potatoes reach 20 min of baking, take out the pan, and add the vegetables on top. Finish baking for the last 4 min. I used some of the chicken I made earlier for my dinner. Add ketchup because potatoes and ketchup is heaven. 340 Calories

Dessert:
40g Oats
15g Protein Powder (I use vanilla)
1/2 cup Almond Milk
100g Apple
Pumpkin Pie Spice
8g Pb2
6g Honey
Tsp Stevia

When I make oatmeal, I put oats and milk in the microwave for 2 min. Chop up the apple and add pumpkin pie spice, honey(half of the serving), and stevia. Microwave for 1 min. Mix in protein powder into oats and add water for smoother oats. Add apples, drizzle pb2 mixture, honey and sprinkle for pumpkin pie spice on top. 360 calories
