INGREDIENTS
1 lbs bhindi
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1 tbs coriander
1 tsp paprika (or red chili powder)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin (zeera)
1 tsp mango powder (aam choor)
1 tbsp Fresh coriander
1/2 tbsp fresh mint
1/4 cup oil
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
PROCESS
1. Warm oil
2. Fry onions till brown
3. Add tomato, cook till soft
4. Add Okra, mix well
5. Add all spices except mango powder, mix well
6. Cover lid, reduce heat to low, cook till Okra softens
7. Add mango powder, mix well, cover lid for a couple of mins
8. Garnish with mint and coriander
9. Serve with chapati
