INGREDIENTS:
Parsley Butter Rice:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Fresh Parsley Leaves – 1 ½ Cup
Cooked Rice – 3 Cup
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Prawns Chilli:
Prawns – 500g
Tomato Sauce- 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes – ½ tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1tsp
Paprika Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Stir Fried Vegetables:
Butter – 1 to 2 tbsp
Carrot (Half Cooked)– 1 Cup
Beans (Half Cooked)– 1 Cup
Broccoli (Half Cooked)– 1 Cup
Frozen Corn – 1 Cup
Frozen Peas – 1 Cup
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Sizzler Sauce:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 3 tbsp
Ginger – 3 tbsp
Diced Onion – 1 Medium Size
Orange Capsicum – 1/2 Medium Size
Green Capsicum – ½ Medium Size
Dark Soy Sauce – ½ tbsp
Green Chilly Sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Water – ½ Cup
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp + Water – 2 tbsp
Spring Onion – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Parsley Leaves – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp (As Req)
