Ingredients:
-Potato Wedges (Boiled) 2 Medium
-Oil For Frying 1 Cup
-Corn Flour 4 Tbsp
-Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta) 3 Tbsp
-Paprika Powder ½ Tsp
-Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) ½ Tsp
-Salt (Namak) ½ Tsp
-Ground Spices (Pissa Hua Garam Masala) ½ Tsp
-Water (Pani) As Required
Directions:
-Put all ingredients in a bowl except water and potato wedges.
-Slowly pour water to make smooth batter.
-Now coat the Wedges with the prepared batter.
-Heat oil in pan, fry potato wedges in medium flame until golden brown.
