Smiley is basically a potato based snack which could be baked or deep fried with a pleasant smiley shape. It’s a popular snack all over the world specially for kids.

Ingredients

Boiled, Mashed Potato – 1
Corn Flour- 1 tbsp
Sooji – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp or as per to taste
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder/Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fried Cumin seeds Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil for Deep Fry
