4 medium size potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese powder
melting cheese or mozzarella, as needed

3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tbsp. paprika powder
salt and pepper to taste

cooking oil
