Pork Shoulder Recipe . How to cook delicious pork in the oven
2.5 kg pork shoulder 5-6 lb
10-12 g of salt per 1 kg of meat (25 – 30g)
1 tsp dry garlic or 5 fresh cloves
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp oregano
bake for 2.5 hours in foil 200C (400F) + 10 minutes 220C (440F)
If you use a thermometer until 78-79С in the center of the meat
