It’s Christmas Time and frosty air is filled with exciting aromas of delicious pork roast in our kitchen. We used half of picnic shoulder.
This water-mouthing, delicious, tender roast is a recipe from old good England where it’s called Sunday pork roast. This recipe is amazingly simple yet absolutely delicious and require minimum time for preparation! Nice-looking on any table, juicy and melting in the mouth meat will definitely concur hearts and stomachs of you and your guests. Merry Christmas from Chef to yourself
