Poached Fish with Mushroom 🍄🐟
Ingredients:
Olive oil
Garlic
Chicken broth
Fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest
Fish pieces
Paprika
Parsley (optional)

Method
– in a large skillet heat oil then add garlic cook for 3 minutes add broth and lemon juice
– boil mixture
– add fillets. Simmer gently for a while. Transfer to baking dish, and save cooking liquid in skillet.
– put skillet on medium, simmer liquid until reduced to half. Add mushroom. Cook two minutes. Stir in masala and salt and pepper to taste
– Spoon mixture over fillets
– Pre heat broiler to high. Broil until lightly brown. Sprinkle parsley and serve & Enjoy 😊
