2. Shrimp & Okra Stew w/ Brown Rice (5 Servings)
• 1.5 lbs Shrimp
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Smoked Paprika
• Old Bay Seasoning
• Black Pepper
• 1tbsp Coconut oil
• 1 lb Okra
• 1 Stalk Celery
• 3 Roma Tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• 1 Green Onion/Escallion
• 1 Bell Pepper
• 1 tbsp minced Garlic
• 1 Sprig of Thyme
• Habanero pepper (to taste)

• Half of a Cauliflower
• 1 cup Frozen Peas

• 1 Bell Pepper
• 1 tbsp minced Garlic
• 1 Sprig of Thyme
• 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
• Taste of India Butter Chicken Sauce (contains Dairy)
