Peri Peri Chicken Recipe in 2 minutes – Homemade Peri Peri sauce easiest recipe
Ingredients:
Garlic Cloves: 3-4 (You can add more if you like strong garlic taste)
Dry Red Chilies: 3-4
Bell Pepper: Half ( For good color )
5 Red Chilies: 5
Bay Leave: 1
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
Extra virgin Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp
Grind all to a ground paste
Step 2:
Take 300 g Chicken (any cut, either boneless or with bones)
Marinade the chicken with sauce very well that sauce reaches to each cut then place a burning coal in the middle of marinated chicken and add one drop of oil on it for smoke and cover it with a lid.
Marinade it for 1-2 hours at least.
Step 3:
Pan grill the chicken on medium heat and keep brushing it with the sauce left and drops of oil to make it more juicy. Grill each side 4-5 minutes or when it’s fully cooked.
Serve it with lemons, it adds more tangy taste to it. The authentic peri peri chicken recipe doesn’t demand lemon juice but I love adding it.
