INGREDIENTS
☆FRESH TOMATOES… 4 POUNDS(2KG)
☆GARLIC CLOVES… 4 LARGE
☆SLICED ONION… ¼ CUP
☆RED CHILLI DRY OR FRESH… 4-5
☆WATER … 1 CUP
☆SUGAR…. 1 CUP
☆STAR ANISE…. 1
☆VINEGAR…. 1 CUP
☆SALT…. 1&1/2 TBS
☆PAPRIKA POWDER(KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH) 1 & 1/2 TBS

DIRECTIONS:
1. CUT TOMATOES ON SLICED & REMOVED THE MIDDLE HARD PART
2. PUT TOMATOES IN A DEEP POT, GARLIC CLOVES, ONION SLICES, RED CHILLI AND 1 CUP WATER
MIX IT WELL AND COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 1 HR
3. NOW CLOSE FLAME AND BLEND IT WITH HAND BLENDER OR (MIXER, GRINDER)
MAXIMUM BLEND IT UNTIL SMOOTH.
4. STRAIN IT WITH A STRAINER
5.TOMATOES PUREE, PUT ON A DEEP POT & ADD SUGAR, STAR ANISE, VINEGAR, SALT, PAPRIKA POWDER (KASHMIRI RED CHILLI)
6. MIX WELL & COOK IT ON LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME FOR 30 MINUTES
AS U GOT PERFECT CONSISTENCY
TOMATO KETCHUP IS READY
9. POUR IN A AIRTIGHT BOTTLE WITH A FUNNEL .
10. YOU CAN SAVE IT ALSO ON A JAR OR PLASTIC BOTTLES
11. OPTIONS: YOU CAN ALSO ADJUST FLAVORS AS YOU LIKE.. AS YOUR CHOICE.
