Here is an easy breakfast recipe for busy mornings. This is healthy, delicious and will keep you full until lunch.
Ingredients:
Andy (Eggs) 4
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Kali Mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
Paprika powder ½ tsp (optional)
Lal Mirch (Red chili) crushed ¼ tsp (optional)
Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 medium
Bell Peppers chopped as required
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper, red chili crushed, Paprika powder, and whisk well.
Add onion, bell peppers, coriander and mix well & set aside.
Grease frying pan with cooking oil, pour egg batter, and cook for 1-2 minutes and fold completely.
Again add egg batter and cook for 1-2 minutes and fold completely.

Cut into pieces and serve with tea.
