BEEF SCHNITZEL Ingredients:
400-500 grams Sandwich steak or Chicken thigh fillets or Pork fillets
1 cup plain flour
1 cup panko or bread crumbs
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp milk
Generous amount of oil (Avocado, Vegetable or olive oil)
Seasoning:
Vegeta stock powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and Pepper
Mashed Potato Ingredients:
8 pcs medium size potatoes
1/4 cup Cream
Salt to taste
