I peperoni ripieni sono sempre un piatto di successo, in ogni loro variante (ne esistono davvero tante!). Questa è la versione spagnola, ispirata alla cucina tipica valenciana che sfrutta spezie dal sapore pieno come la paprika per dar loro un tocco inconfondibilmente caliente! La ricetta è decisamente semplice e vi consentirà di fare un ottima figura con i vostri ospiti, servitela durante una cena estiva e vedrete che successo!

► Ingredienti per preparare i peperoni ripieni spagnoli:

PEPERONI MISTI 220 gr l’uno – 4
MACINATO DI MANZO 500 gr
PANCETTA (TESA) 100 gr
PANGRATTATO 100 gr
MELANZANE 350 gr
CIPOLLE 200 gr
POMODORI 400 gr
PINOLI 30 gr
UOVA SODE 2
PAPRICA 1 cucchiaio da tavola
PEPE NERO q.b.
