Here’s the recipe:
3 pounds Pata (pork leg)
2 tablespoons olive oil
7 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small can tomato sauce or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon smoke paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black peppercorn
1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
3 Saba banana or 1 plantain banana, sliced 2″ diagonally
3 cups cooked Cannellini beans or Northern beans
15 pcs green beans, blanched 2 minutes
1/4 cabbage, sliced, blanched 2 minutes
Heat a large pan over medium and add your oil.
