🖤Parmesan Chicken Bites🖤
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
• Salt and Ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup Bread Crumbs
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 large eggs (beaten)
• Chopped parsley leaves (garnish)
Directions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste.
In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder and smoked paprika; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
3. Working in batches, dip into eggs, then dredge in bread crumbs mixture, pressing to coat.
4. Add chicken to the skillet, 5 or 6 at a time, and cook until evenly golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan and parsley, if desired.
