Ingredients
Oil – For fry – 500ml
Boil potatoes – 4 pc
Maida flour – 3/4 bowl
Corn /Rice flour – 1/2 bowl
Chopped garlic – 1tbsp
Chopped ginger – 1tbsp
Chopped Coriander – 2tbsp
Oregona/chopped mint – 1tbsp
Chilly flakes – 1 tbsp
Crush pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – As per your taste
Method
-Boil potato and cut with skin into wedges 1/8
-Take a bowl, put maida flour, rice /corn flour, Chopped garlic, Chopped ginger, Chopped Coriander, oregano /chopped mint, chilly flakes, crush pepper, salt and mix it
-Add water and make a thick consistency
-After that take a potato wedges and dip into batter and coat it
-After coating keep in refrigerator for 1hours
-After that heat the oil and fry the paprika potatoes till golden brown and remove it
-Served with any sauce but mainly served with tartar sauce or Kechup sauce
