Paprika Hummus

Servings – 8

INGREDIENTS
Bell pepper – 250 grams
Onions – 70 grams
Garlic – 15 grams
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Boiled white chickpeas – 150 grams
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 35 grams
Yogurt – 35 grams
Olive oil – for garnishing
Paprika – for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a dish, add 250 grams bell pepper, 70 grams onions, 15 grams garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil and mix it well.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes.
3. In a blender, add 150 grams boiled white chickpeas, baked bell pepper mix, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 35 grams olive oil, 35 grams yogurt and blend it well.
4. Garnish with olive oil and paprika.
5. Serve.
