INGREDIENTS:
chicken breast slices
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic grated
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
Marinate the chicken and set aside for half hour.
In a pan or grill cook the chicken on both sides until done.
For Brussels Sprouts:
12-15 Brussels sprouts washed and cut in half
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven 350F. Mix the ingredients. In a foiled cover tray, bake the Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes and remove.
Enjoy with any veggies you like. I added corn and grilled tomato as shown in the video.
