Chicken Wings Marinade:
Chicken Wings: 500 gm
Soya Sauce: 2 Tsp
Brown Sugar: 2 Tsp
Vinegar: 1 Tsp
Paprika Powder: 2 Tsp
Garlic Powder: 1 1/2 Tsp
Onion Powder: 1 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes: 1 Tsp
White Pepper: 1 Tsp
Black Pepper: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1 Tsp
Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
Corn Flour: 1 Tbsp
Marinate the Chicken Wings for 15 – 20 Minutes.
Buffalo Sauce:
Butter: 2 Tbsp
Garlic: 2-3 Cloves (Chopped/Grated)
Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 Tsp
Honey: 2 Tbsp
Chili Sauce: 1/2 Cup
Hot Sauce: 1/2 Cup
Garnish:
Parsley
Spring Onion
Sesame Seeds
Spray oil on the chicken wings and air fry at 165°C for 26 minutes, flipping halfway through.
